Health IT strategy differs by region. We align with US federal and state requirements, EU EHDS and GDPR, and India’s ABDM and National Digital Health Blueprint.
United States
The 2024–2030 Federal Health IT Strategic Plan focuses on equitable access to electronic health information (EHI), care delivery, and research. USCDI sets baseline data elements for nationwide exchange; USCDI v3 becomes mandatory for certification by January 2026. Patient engagement, information sharing, and public health interoperability are priorities.

European Union
The European Health Data Space (EHDS) Regulation (EU 2025/327) entered into force in March 2025. Primary use: citizens can access e-prescriptions, medical images, and test results across borders. Secondary use: anonymised data for research and innovation. Phased rollout: priority data by March 2029, expanded categories by March 2031. MyHealth@EU already enables patient summaries and ePrescriptions across 13+ countries.

India
Ayushman Bharat Digital Mission (ABDM) has created 68.97 crore ABHA accounts, 45.37 crore linked health records, 3.49 lakh facilities on HFR, and 5.23 lakh professionals on HPR. Over 152,000 facilities use ABDM-enabled software. Scan and Share has cut OPD queue times from 30–40 minutes to 5–10 minutes. Microsites have onboarded 48,000+ facilities and 32 lakh ABHA records.
